I’m a software engineering student at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, having returned to school after working as a software engineer at Goldman Sachs in Bangalore. I’m supported by the Bruce J. Nelson Graduate Fellowship.
I like building (and yapping about) distributed systems, and that means I’m fond of networks and OSes. I also like to worry about the correctness of my programs, and therefore I’ve learned to like formal methods. Last semester, I built an OS kernel with an excellent programming partner, and am now taking research-oriented classes in deep learning and operating systems.
Outside of school, I try to play the piano, cook surprisingly good Italian food, and catch every F1 session I can.
